These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the coaching programs, digital products, and related services (the "Services") offered by Elomotion  Enterprises Oy. By purchasing or participating in our Services, you ("Client") acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

 

  1. General Information

 

These Terms apply to all purchases and services provided by Elomotion  Enterprises Oy. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

 

  1. Services & Products

 

Elomotion  Enterprises provides coaching services, membership subscriptions, and digital products. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any Service at any time.

 

  1. Payments & Pricing

 

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Payment plans may be available for certain programs, and failure to complete installment payments may result in service suspension.



  1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Payments for coaching and digital services are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests for the Brave You Group Coaching Program must be made at least 14 days before the start date.

 

Coaching sessions and memberships are non-refundable, but rescheduling options may be available.

 

Digital products are non-refundable after purchase.




  1. Rescheduling & Service Changes

 

Individual coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed group coaching sessions are not eligible for rescheduling, but recordings may be provided.



  1. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

Actively participate in coaching programs.

Respect the privacy of other members.

Not distribute or share course materials.

 

Violation of these terms may result in service termination without a refund.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

 

All content and materials provided by Elomotion Enterprises are protected by copyright. Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials and may not distribute or reproduce them without permission.

 

  1. Privacy & Data Protection

 

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store financial information and use secure third-party payment providers.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

 

Elomotion Enterprises does not guarantee specific results.

 

Coaching services do not replace professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

 

Clients are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes.



  1. Modifications & Updates

 

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of our Services implies acceptance of the updated terms.




  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in Finnish courts.
